Procedure for DMCA Takedown and Counter-Notice If we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will remove the content in question in accordance with copyright law. A declaration agreeing to legal proceedings and accepting legal notices. Your signature (either physical or electronic). Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant initiates legal action.
