Game Purchases Eligibility: Refunds for digital game purchases are generally available within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the game has not been played for more than 2 hours. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds for digital games unless there are extenuating circumstances (such as technical issues). Membership Subscriptions Eligibility: Refunds for membership subscriptions are offered within the first 7 days of the subscription period, provided no services have been accessed beyond the initial trial period. After this period, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges. Procedure: To request a refund, please reach out to our support team, who will verify your eligibility and assist you with the refund process. 3. In-Game Purchases Eligibility: In-game purchases, including virtual goods, are non-refundable. This includes items such as skins, boosts, and any other digital content. Exceptions: Refunds may be considered if an in-game purchase was made due to a technical error or if the purchase was fraudulent. Special Circumstances If you encounter significant technical difficulties, such as a game not functioning properly due to bugs or server outages, please reach out to our support team.
